We offer superb wedding facilities with professional and friendly staff to help make your special day even more magical. We have our own fully equipped kitchen where our staff prepare all your catering needs using local produce where possible.
There are many decisions to make for your special day, but there is one choice that is simple.—Your choice of venue
We have several rooms available for your wedding day and can cater for small intimate receptions to larger wedding parties.
Once you have made an initial enquiry our events manager will meet with you to discuss the planning process and talk you through all the details of your wedding reception.
We will discuss menu choices, your timetable for the day, photo opportunities and any special requirements. We are very flexible to the needs of our guests and strive to make your day not only special but unique to you and your party.

Cwmaman Institute policy does however offer a corkage charge of £4.00 per bottle .
We do then limit the wine to only one bottle of red and white wine per table .
- Provisional bookings will be held for 14 days
£100 deposit is to be paid when booking. This is non-refundable
- All catering for the day and evening receptions is to be supplied by Cwmaman Institute
- Table layouts will be completed in liaison with the wedding co-ordinator
- Final numbers for catering and payments are to be paid in full one week before
- All guests must vacate to the lounge whilst the room is being prepared for the evening reception
- Bar closes at 12 midnight
- Christmas decorations will remain up through the festive season.
