Healthy Living SuiteAs a general guide, gym workouts are made up of three components:

1. Aerobic/cardiovascular exercises, which increase the workload of the heart and lungs, make the heart and circulation more effective.

2. Resistance work, which strengthens the muscles and bones - this helps control weight. Any weight-bearing exercise is useful in the prevention of osteoporosis.

3. Stretching relaxes the muscles and aids suppleness.

Our equipment

Cardiovascular/aerobic equipment.
This covers treadmills, exercise bikes, rowing machines and cross trainers.

Healthy Living SuiteResistance equipment.
This is for resistance/strengthening exercises and includes free weights that you lift by hand, as well as odd-looking, weight-loaded machines that are designed to exercise the major muscle groups.

  • Lex Extentio
  • Shoulder Press
  • AD-AB Machine
  • Ab Crunch

Healthy Living SuiteStretching and floor exercises.
Stretching after the workout is vital, because muscles shorten during exercise.

  • Lat Pulldown
  • Seated Row
  • Hi-Low Pulley
  • Reebok Fitball
  • Adjustable Bench
  • Reebok Steps
  • Dumbbell Stacks 1-10kgs
