We are proud that this is one of the most flexible and widely-used facilities in the South Wales Valleys, carrying on the wishes of all the miners who originally contributed to the building of the Institute. Today, the unsung heroes of the Institute are all the volunteers from the village and surrounding area, without whose help the Institute would not be able to function as it does today.
